The L-CNG filling system is mainly composed of LNG low temperature tank (low temperature tank container), tank supercharger, unloading supercharger, high pressure low temperature liquid pump, high pressure air temperature vaporizer, sequence control panel, gas storage bottle group, CNG filling machine and station control system.
L-CNG automobile filling station is a CNG automobile filling system with liquefied natural gas as the gas source group. LNG enters into high-pressure air-temperature gasifier through high-pressure low-temperature liquid plunger pump from LNG low-temperature storage tank (regenerator should be added in areas with annual average temperature lower than - 10 ° C) for gasification to normal temperature. It is distributed into gas storage bottle group through sequential control panel, metered by CNG dispenser, and then gas is added to CNG automobile. It can be built independently, jointly with LGN gas station or as the gas source supplement of existing CNG gas station.
